SHIPPING $15.00 Flat Rate shipping for all orders in the U.S. except for dog beds (please email for international shipping estimates and rates for shipping any dogs beds). Many of the items we carry are shipped directly from the designer and many are made to order. Please notice the approximate delivery time on each item detail page. We make every effort to ship items within 3-5 business days AFTER your order is placed. Normally items ship within 5-15 business days due to stock status and as some items are custom made to order and require additional time. If we discover that an item is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please be sure your contact information is correct. You may receive your order in multiple shipments from multiple warehouses. The couriers we use are insured and traceable. Please email for estimates for international shipping.
