RETURN POLICY If you receive your order and are dissatisfied, please email us at info@gildedyorkie.com within 7 days from delivery for assistance. Returns and/ or exchanges requests must be reported within 7 days after receiving your purchases. Please contact us for approval before returning any items back, otherwise your return will not be honored and items will be returned back to you at your expense. Do not sign and accept your merchandise when it arrives if the shipping box appears to be damaged. The carrier will return it to us to inspect for any damages and we will exchange or credit you for the item. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us by email at info@gildedyorkie.com within 48 hours of delivery of your item for exchange or refund. Any item returned must be in its original packaging and must be in an unused and saleable condition. We cannot accept any purchases that have been used. Please note that due to strict health regulations, beds & carriers cannot be returned and/ or exchanged. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for any custom made to order items such clothing and beds, unless item received was damaged or was not what the buyer had paid for. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees of returned items. If items are returned more than once, the buyer is responsible for shipping fees of returned items, but there will also be a 10% handling fee charged to buyer. All returned items are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. |
